Our Mission: To forge an unbreakable bond between the people of Liberia and the Black Diaspora in America, rooted in shared heritage and ancestral legacy. We champion the recognition of Liberia as a vital homeland and strategic partner for people of African descent globally.

We advocate tirelessly for the fundamental right to Dual Citizenship, enabling seamless connection, investment, and contribution between Black Americans and their ancestral nation. LAPAC mobilizes the collective power, influence, and resources of the Black Diaspora to secure Liberia's sovereignty, prosperity, and rightful place on the world stage.

Through unwavering political advocacy, strategic engagement with US and Liberian governments, and empowering cultural and economic bridge-building, we ensure Liberia's voice is heard, its interests protected, and its future shaped by the descendants of those who founded it.
